This business has amazed me from the moment they answered the phone to take that initial "my vehicle was in an accident, can you fix it?" to giving updates and always being friendly/professional when talking to me. Cannot wait to get the vehicle back, already knowing it will be in the best condition possible and will have been handled with respect and care. First time using. Shopped around and decided to try B&S. Their quote beat the other body shops in town by far, very reasonable. We had our Rav4 rear quarter panel repaired after someone scrapped us and a door ding on the passenger door repaired. We were not disappointed. Work was A+ and completed within estimated time and price and we are very pleased. Great customer service and front desk staff was very prompt and professional. We highly recommend contacting B&S before you commit to any other body shops!
